Please note our standard shipping policy is 5-10 business days
however due to the increased volume during the certain times of
the year, shipping times may increase.
Return Policy
Emergency Plan Man offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all
its products (a 15% re-stocking fee will apply and shipping is
non-refundable). Email our our customer

wish to exchange or return and we will contact you with instructions

Shipping & Handling
- How much do you charge for shipping
and handling?
Shipping costs depend on the products purchased. Additional
charges apply for express delivery locations and orders outside
the continental United States.
- What shipping methods do you use?
Primarily UPS and U.S. Postal Service. For larger orders freight
carriers may be used.
- When will I get my package?
Allow 10 to 20 business days from the confirmation of your order
(Depending on your location and selected shipping method).
- Do I have to sign for my package?
No, unless required by local restrictions.
- Can you deliver orders to a PO Box?
No, we use UPS for most deliveries and they do not permit deliveries
to a PO Box. If an order is submitted with a PO BOX, the order
will not be fulfilled and you will be contacted by our customer
service department.

Domestic Destinations:
- UPS Next Day Air® Early A.M.®
Guaranteed overnight delivery on business days by 8:00 a.m.
to major cities in the 48 contiguous states and by 8:30 a.m.
to most other U.S. cities. Saturday delivery and pickup is available.
- UPS Next Day Air®
Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30
a.m., noon or end of the next business day, depending on destination.
Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional
time in transit. Saturday delivery and pickup is available for
most US locations.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver®
Guaranteed delivery by 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to commercial
destinations where UPS Next Day Air® is committed by 10:30
a.m. or noon. Shipments to residential areas are delivered by
end of day.
- UPS 2nd Day Air A.M® (commercial
destinations only)
Guaranteed delivery by noon on the second business day to metropolitan
commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed
by 10:30.
- UPS 2nd Day Air®
Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to
all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
- UPS 3 Day SelectSM
Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to
every address in the 48 contiguous states.
- UPS Ground
Guaranteed day-definite ground delivery to every address within
the 48 contiguous states.

One-Year Warranty
On non-food products we give a one-year warranty from the day
of delivery on defects in material and workmanship. Many products
contain a manufacturers warranty to cover them, please call us
to determine how to take advantage of these warranties when needed.
If you need to return a product please call us for a return authorization
number.
